Application case of NH1949 anti-coking new material: In November 2020, NH1949 anti-coking new material was installed in the gas pyrolysis furnace for the first time, and the surface temperature and absolute pressure ratio of the furnace tube are shown in the figure below

NH1949 anti-coking new material has a surface temperature of 1049 °C and an absolute pressure ratio of 0.77 after 130 days of operation, and the cracking furnace can still continue to operate without stopping the furnace to clean the coke. The surface temperature of the furnace tube has reached 1060 °C and the absolute pressure ratio has reached 0.88 after 47 days of operation of the traditional material. The amount of coke produced by NH1949 anti-coking new material after 130 days of operation is similar to that of the traditional material for 47 days.

NH1949 anti-coking new material has been certified for use in industrial furnaces.

Good thermal stability:

The aluminum trioxide film formed by NH1949 on the inner surface of the furnace tube does not produce volatile components with the increase of temperature, and the structure is stable at 1200°C.

With auto-repair performance:

The aluminum trioxide film formed by NH1949 on the inner surface of the furnace tube can be automatically repaired during service, and the permanent protection is not easy to break.

Long coke cycle:

The coking cycle is extended by 2-5 times.
